Yes, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we must receive the product within 14 days if you wish to claim a full refund. Please contact us by email or phone and we will arrange for DPD couriers to collect your return parcel, free of charge, on a convenient day for you. The DPD driver will provide the returns label.
If you do not receive a reply to you initial returns email enquiry after 24 hours then please check your Junk box.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged in its original condition and unused.
- Email us via our contact page with your order number and state the reason why you would like to return the item.
- Once we have received the returned item, we will give you a full refund for your order within 14 days.
A) The item(s) must be in it’s original packaging and must be returned in it's original condition without signs of being used in anyway. There must be no damage to the product(s). If you receive a damaged product see point B).
B) If you're product is damaged at the time of receiving, please get in touch with the customer service team via email through our contact page ASAP and explain the damage to the duvet along with providing your name and order ID Number. We will then send a replacement once the product has been returned to Luxury Bedding Company.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us with your order ID number – you will find this in the purchase confirmation email you received when ordering your item.
